Color Calculator values and respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when providing ordinary calculator functions and companion features for physical products.

1. Calculations and Theme Settings

Ordinary calculations and theme preferences are processed locally on your device. We do not collect the calculation expressions you enter, calculation history, contacts, photos, precise location, advertising identifiers, or health information.

2. Companion Features for Physical Products

When you choose Advanced Settings or launch the companion App Clip through a compatible physical product, the app sends the product card identifier, dynamic security verification data, and the calculator settings you choose to save to our server. This information is used to verify the product, synchronize settings, and prevent unauthorized copying.

This information relates to the physical product. It does not require a personal account and is not used for advertising profiles or cross-app tracking.

3. NFC Access

The app requests NFC access only when you actively use a physical-product feature, and only to read a compatible product. The app does not continuously scan NFC in the background.

4. Storage and Security

Verification records and settings for physical products are stored on our server so the companion features can operate. We use reasonable access controls and security measures to protect this data. Ordinary calculation content is not uploaded.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information or use this information for third-party advertising. We do not disclose it to unrelated third parties except where required by law, necessary to maintain service security, or needed to protect legal rights.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us using the details below.

7. Your Choices

You can choose not to use the physical-product companion features; ordinary calculation and theme switching remain available. To request access to or deletion of server settings associated with a product, contact us and provide the product number so we can verify the request.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. Material changes will be posted on this page together with an updated effective date.
